6-8 Tic Tac Toe Exercise
This week, I want to focus on remembering to stretch and move when those studying hours get long. I created a Tic Tac Toe board (as seen below) to help you give yourself a break while studying. All you need to do is, when you get bored, tired, or just need a break just one to start and complete it. After completing one, you can use this time as a reminder to stay hydrated and grab some water. If you still feel uneasy and need more, then try and go for three in a row. When you finish either a line or the one, you should be able to go back to doing school work with ease. Best of luck!
