Cardio- descending latter
8 jumping jacks & 1 tuck jump
7 jumping jacks & 2 tuck jumps
6 jumping jacks & 3 tuck jumps
5 jumping jacks & 4 tuck jumps
...continue until 1 jumping jack & 8 tuck jumps!
Core-
1 min high plank
30 seconds hip dips
1 min side plank both sides
Strength- AMRAP- 3 minutes (repeat exercises as much as possible in 3 mins)
10 squats
10 pushups
10 bicycle twists
