Building Blocks Fitness | Warming up your body!

Hello! Today we have a fun activity to help warm up your body and get your blood flowing.


Directions:

1. Select one activity from the bottom of the pyramid.

2. Once you have completed the movement, move up to the middle and choose one activity.

3. Then move your booty to the top of the pyramid.

4. You can do it over again with different choices.

5. Have fun!
