Spinner Fitness
Directions:
1. Get one paper plate and make lines like a pizza. In in the triangles, add movements of your choice.
2. Take a push pin and push it through the center where all lines intersect. Put puddy
3. Take a paper clip and use this as the spinning device.
4. Spin the paper clip and see what movement you do. Repeat
5. Have fun!
